The JUSTICE FOR NATURE association is a Czech non-profit organization that was founded in 2009. Our main mission is the protection of the world's natural heritage at the international level, the support of anti-poaching activities, the purchase of rainforests, education and worldwide monitoring of animals for the purpose of their protection and the creation of educational programs for children on five continents.
We are members of the International Federation of Guardians.
BLUE LIFE COSTA RICA
We are an ocean and volunteer center in the province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica, dedicated to the monitoring of marine mammals and the protection of Santa Elena Bay and its underwater ecosystem.
We watch whales and dolphins in cooperation with marine biologist Frank Garit, who has been researching marine mammals for more than 20 years.
EYE OF THE OCEAN
We are a field team that operates not only on the ocean with the monitoring ship Spartan, but also under the sea surface with the help of divers. The monitoring of whales and dolphins will serve international biological research of the seas, their protection and also for educational purposes.
Our priority is to save Santa Elena Bay from the threat of cargo port construction that would endanger the life and reproduction of whales in the area and beyond.
Our goal is to monitor them, protect their environment and rescue them if they get stuck on the coast or in fishing nets.
This role will be carried out by our Marine Mammal Rescue Team - Santa Elena Bay from 2025.
